Terms of Service

Welcome to Desi Spirit (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Desi Spirit. By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Products & Orders

  • All T-shirts are printed on demand through our manufacturing partner. Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes. Variations in color or print may occur due to screen settings or printing batches.
  • Disclaimer:
    Mockup images are used for display. The actual T-shirt and print may differ slightly in color, texture, or positioning.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are in INR (₹) and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed via Razorpay (or other payment gateways). Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We fulfill orders via our POD partner. Typical processing time is 2–4 business days, followed by courier transit (usually 5–10 business days domestic).
  • Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays due to courier or force majeure may occur.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details while placing an order

4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • We accept returns or exchanges only for defective or incorrect items. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method and may take 7–10 business days to reflect.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, graphics, and logos on this site are the intellectual property of Desi Spirit. You may not reproduce or use any content without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability for any claim related to products purchased on this site is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Andhra Pradesh.
