At Desi Spirit, each product is printed on demand specifically for you once an order is placed. This helps us reduce waste and maintain quality. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Product Disclaimer

Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Minor variations in color, print size, or placement may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, or the printing process. Such variations are normal and do not qualify as defects.

Eligibility for Returns or Replacements

Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, returns or replacements are accepted in the following cases:

  • The product is defective
  • The product is damaged during transit
  • The incorrect product was delivered

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue and your order ID.

How to Request a Return or Replacement

  1. Please email us at support@desispirit.in with:
    • Your Order ID
    • Clear photos showing the issue
    • A brief description of the problem

Our team will review your request and respond within 48–72 business hours.
If approved, we will share the next steps.

Condition of Returned Items

If a return is requested, the item must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In original condition and packaging

We reserve the right to reject requests that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds

As products are made to order, we do not accept returns for size or preference issues.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
